Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on June 8, 2022 and June 10, 2022 found that Preferred Care at Home of Wyoming Valley had corrected the deficiencies cited udner 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a resulst of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 14, 2022.
